Situated in the heart of the peak district Darley Dale quarry has been active for around 150 years. Its consistent texture makes it an excellent stone for fine carvings as well as masonry ,walling and paving.

Darley Dale is a fine grained and consistently textured Gritstone. Generally buff in colour with occasional light brown flecks.
